For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will the Authorized User be entitled to any licence fee or subscription fees, or any other recurring payments attributable to the use of the Service, except for liability and interest incurred with regard to late charges and interest on overdue invoices and any reasonable costs of collection and evidence.
14. Where documents transmit permitted material, the Authorized User shall not be entitled to download such material in any format except as expressly provided in this Agreement. The contents of any document transmitted to the Authorized User shall remain the sole responsibility of the Applicant.
